About James


James has spent the last 30 years leading and scaling fast growing software and SaaS businesses. Most recently James was responsible for leading Tableau’s business in EMEA, growing the business from approx. $5m ARR to $250m ARR over 8 years. Prior to Tableau, James led global sales and marketing at marketing platform provider, Alterian and before that held senior positions at Epiphany and Remedy.

Most recently James has focused his efforts on mentoring executive leadership teams and providing advisory services to early stage, fast growing tech businesses.

James brings a wealth of highly practical go-to-market experience including expertise in enterprise field sales, inside sales, partners and channels as well as scaling across multiple geographies. He is passionate about building high performing sales teams which have a culture of collaboration and relentless customer-focus.
