Currently Ciara works with a portfolio of technology clients in Europe. She is also a former director of Scout 24.
Her previous experience spans public and private ventures, from start-ups to mature enterprises. Most recently, Ciara was chief integration officer at Paddy Power Betfair, leading the merger integration of the two companies.
Ciara was also the chief people officer at King, leading the company through a high growth expansion phase. And has also held senior HR roles at companies including Zipcar and Houghton Mifflin Riverdeep Group.
